PRAYER & COUNSEL: Father,  I pray for the dumb, those who are unable to speak. There is no sickness & disease that you cannot heal. There is no problem that you cannot solve. There is no burden that you cannot lift up. I rebuke this spirit in the name of Jesus Christ.  I loose Thou power of healing & deliverance in Jesus name.  I SAY: Jesus restores your speech. You are now able to speak. Give thanks to God & praise Him.  This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people.
