This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult.  We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles. The Holy Spirit reminds us of Christ's words, activates our conscience, influences our motives & desires, & makes us want to obey God & His Word. Now doing God's will is something we desire with all our heart & mind. Thank you Jesus. Good morning Holy Spirit. Prayer: Father, thank you for the second covenant which ushered us into Your Kingdom as Gentiles. Thank you for simplifying the process of worship by writing the laws in our hearts. I pray that you will cause us to obey You & your Word in total. I pray that you will cause us to be true to You in Jesus name. I pray that you will perform fearful miracles in & through our lives, families, ministries, businesses, nations & the church worldwide. I ask for this in the name & authority of Jesus Christ. May You draw all men unto Christ through the ministries that you have given us. Fill us with Your presence. Show us your glory. Perform miracles of salvation, healing, deliverances, provision,  protection, etc, among Your people. Thank you Lord for hearing & answering my prayer. Thank you for putting your angels to action following this prayer. In Jesus mighty name we pray & believe, Amen.  Grace & peace be with you.
