PRAYER: Father i pray for those who are suffering from migraine headaches. These are tension headaches. Stress, tension is the major cause. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ: in the mighty name of Jesus Christ,  be healed, be delivered.

COUNSEL: You need to do STRESS MANAGEMENT. The Bible is the best resource that you have. Read it, meditate on it & obey it. Pray God's will fervently & in faith. You will be stable, have self control & be able to handle things with wisdom. You will no longer handle issues emotionally but  will remain calm & composed.
