With the same gift & anointing, many people are receiving UNCOMMON healings &  breakthroughs, while a few out there do not seem to get healed. What could be the problem? The answer is: Those who are not getting healed don't respect the anointing on the servant of God. Their judgement is based on outward appearance & not by the condition of the heart.  They look down upon the man of God. It happened to Jesus. In His hometown He did FEW miracles because of their unbelief. NOTE: The anointing that you respect is the anointing that will work for you. Receive this revelation.
