Prayer: Father, I glorify your name. You are our fortress, refuge, a strong tower, the horn of our salvation & the Rock of ages. You changest not. Thank you for hearing & answering my prayers. Thank you for accepting my fastings unto You. Have mercy on us. Let your mercy locate us & speak for us. It is written: Blessed are the merciful for they will receive mercy. It is also written: Mercy triumphs over judgement. Confirm these two Scriptures in our lives in Jesus name. Thank you for being merciful to us. I assign angels under our complement to guard us & to minister to our needs. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen. Heaven Rules.
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles.
