Daily Devotional: Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: The bodies you have thrown there are the meat & this city is the pot, but I will drive you out of it. You fear the sword & the sword is what I will bring against you, declares the Sovereign Lord. (Ezekiel 11:7-8). Prayer: Father, I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for accepting my fastings & for answering my prayers. Today's text is on judgement of Israel's leaders. We extend it to the church leaders & nation's leaders. I read this text with a heavy heart. The leaders have roused the anger of God. Their leadership styles are not consistent with the Lord's instruction. Father, you have promised to bring a sword against them. I go on my knees & intercede for them. We confess & repent of our sins. Have mercy on us Lord. Forgive us & cleanse us. Relent from taking this drastic action against the leaders. Remove the heart of stone in them & give them tender hearts. Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit, convict us in regards to sin, righteousness & judgement. Change our lives, words & attitude as leaders. Renew our minds. Lead us in the way everlasting. When people look at us, let them see Jesus & not satan. I rebuke the evil spirits surrounding our leaders at all levels in Jesus name. I loose the power of God & deliver them in Jesus name. I declare: They are free, they are delivered. I assign angels under our complement to act upon my prayers. In Jesus mighty name we pray, believe & give you thanks, Amen. Heaven Rules.
