Daily Devotional: Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites & prophesy against them. Say to them: Hear the word of the Sovereign Lord. This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because you said Aha over my sanctuary when it was desecrated & over the land of Israel when it was laid waste & over the people of Judah when they went into exile, therefore I am going to give you to the people of the east as a possession. They will set up their camps & pitch their tents among you: they will eat your fruit & drink your milk. (Ezekiel 25: 2-4). Prayer: Father, I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for accepting my fastings & for answering my prayers. Thank you for today's text. Help us not to speak carelessly, abusively or negatively. We see from today's text that Ammon received judgement for saying Aha over the sanctuary, the land of Israel & the people of Judah. Give us the grace to speak right, to speak words which heal, build, edify & which gives grace to those who hear them. Help us to encourage, comfort & strengthen others. Let us be true to God & have lives which inspire others to get saved. Note: Most of the hardships that we face are as a result of our words. CONFESSION RULES US. It is written: Life & death are in the power of the tongue. Those who love it will eat its fruit. Help us not to speak bad things upon our lives or nations. They are seeds we are sowing & we will reap them tomorrow. I assign angels under our complement to act upon my prayers. In Jesus mighty name we pray, believe & give you thanks, Amen. Heaven Rules.

No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles. The Holy Spirit reminds us of Christ's words, activates our ...
