In the seven month Ishmael son of Nethaniah, the Son of Elishama, who was of royal blood & had been one of the kings officers, came with ten men to Gedaliah, son of Ahikam at Mizpah. While they were eating together there, Ishmael son of Nethaniah & the ten men who were with him got up & struck down Gedaliah son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, with the sword killing the one whom the king of Babylon had appointed as governor over the land. (Jeremiah 41:1-2). Prayer: Father, I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for hearing & answering my prayers. Thank you for accepting my fastings. Today's message is still relevant to us in today's age. It is written: People are KILLING others spiritually thinking that they are doing a service to God. (John 16:2-4). In the world, people are killing other people. The level of murders has increased. Forgive us Lord. Son of David, have mercy on us. Help us to go back to where we lost our first love. Craft a way from where we are to where we should be. Restore us Lord. We have ROYAL blood, help us to live as royal. I put to action angels under our complement to minister to our needs. In Jesus mighty name we pray, believe & give you thanks, Amen. Heaven Rules.
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles.
