Remember the Lord, what has happened to us. look & see our disgrace. Our inheritance has been turned over to strangers, our homes to foreigners. We have become fatherless, our mothers are widows. (Lamentations 5: 1-3). Prayer: Father I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for answering my prayers & accepting my fastings unto the Lord. In today's text we see what you can do to those who are stubborn. I intercede for Your church & nations, have mercy on them. Let your mercy locate them. Let your mercy speak for them. Let your mercy triumph over judgement in their lives & nations. I plead the blood of Jesus on them. Forgive them Lord. Convict them by the power of the Holy Spirit. Draw them to Christ. Heal our land. Let there be repentance. Help us to produce the fruit of repentance in our lives. When people see us, let them see Christ in us & not satan & divisions. I assign angels under our complement to act upon my prayers. In Jesus mighty name we pray, believe & give you thanks, Amen. Heaven Rules.
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles.
