But you will see things that are even more detestable. (Ezekiel 8:6). Prayer: Father, I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for accepting my fastings & answering my prayers. Today's text is on idolatry in the temple. We regard an idol as anything that we put first in our lives before God. The church is in the same situation like the predicament the house of Israel found themselves in. There is now more worldliness in the churches today than the church in the world. We have largely lost our mandate of going out into the world preaching the Gospel. We are now stuck in our church buildings & preaching the ADULTERATED Word. Some churches now focus more on money issues. Church is now largely fundraising. In some churches, it's all about money & not Jesus. Father, my heart is broken. This state of affairs will lead us to hell. I intercede for Your church worldwide. It has largely lost direction. Have mercy on us. Forgive us our sins. Give us the grace to repent of them. Restore the broken FELLOWSHIP with us. Restore power & glory in your church worldwide. Lead us in the way everlasting. I assign angels under our complement to act upon my prayers.
