The the Word of the Lord came to me: O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter does? declares the Lord. Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, O house of Israel. (Jeremiah 18:5-6). Prayer: Father, my Father, I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for the answered prayers. Thank you for accepting my fastings unto the Lord. Thank you for confiding in me & for making me your spokesman. Forgive our sins & purify us from all unrighteousness. You are our Creator & our hearts are in your hand. You direct it wherever pleases you. Help us to realize that we are in your hand just like clay is in the hands of the potter. You can change us or remove your spirit anytime. Help us to cooperate with you at all times. Your Word is our guide. It is our standard for daily living as Christians. Help us to obey You & your Word. I put to action angels under our complement to minister to our needs. In Jesus mighty name we pray & believe, Amen. Heaven Rules.
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles.
