I know O Lord, that a man's life is not his own; it is not for man to direct his steps. (Jeremiah 10:23). Prayer: Father, my Father, I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for hearing & answering my prayers. Thank you for accepting my fastings unto the Lord. Thank you for confiding in me. Forgive us our sins & purify us from all unrighteousness. Help us to live for Christ on this earth. Order our steps Lord. Lead us in the way everlasting. Be merciful to us. Help us to live by faith & to abide in your Word. Help us to obey your Word & to speak it at all times. Confirm your Word in our lives Lord with signs accompanying it. I assign angels under our complement to minister to our needs. In Jesus mighty name we pray & believe, Amen. More prayer & fasting = more power & more wonders. Prayer & fasting is my life & my life a prayer. I acknowledge that Heaven Rules.
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles.
