In terms of hearing our prayers, YES & Amen, God hears us. But as for the answers to our prayers, it depends on whether we have prayed His way. What is His way? Praying His will in faith. Secondly, obeying His commands fully, being upright.  Immanuel: God with us. Heaven Rules.
