The Lord reigns, He is robed in majesty; the Lord is robed in majesty & is armed with strength. The world is firmly established, it cannot be moved. (Psalm 93:1).God sustains all things by His powerful Word. This Word that goes out from God's mouth does not return to Him empty but will accomplish what He desire. The Word of God is our standard or manual for daily living as Christians. It is life, it is Spirit, it is a prophecy. It is our spiritual food for the inner man or spirit man. It is our spiritual weapon. We quote the Word which we believe in spiritual warfare. We live the Word, pray the Word, which is His will, speak the Word in our general conversation. We speak what the Word of God says about that particular situation. Jesus is the living Word, the Bible is the written Word. Heaven & earth may pass away but the Word of God remains forever. Man does not live on bread alone but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord. Hear the Word, read or study it, internalize it, digest it & obey it, FAITH will be produced. God credits our faith as righteousness. This righteousness leads to holiness. Without holiness, NO ONE will see the Lord. Prayer: Father, you are enthroned as the Holy One, you are the praise of Israel. Help us to be holy as you are holy. Thank you Jesus for hearing & answering my prayer. I put to action the angels that you have assigned to us. Let them minister to our needs as we pray in faith to You. Faith calls into being things that were not. In Jesus mighty name we pray & give you thanks, Amen. Good morning Holy Spirit. Immanuel: God with us. Heaven Rules.
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles. The Holy Spirit reminds us of Christ's words, activates our ...
