The Lord is exalted over all the nations, His glory above the Heavens. (Psalm 113:4). The God of the Bible is our Creator. He is the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob. He is the Most High God. He is the Great I AM. He is worthy to be worshipped & praised by all men & nations. Let us worship Him in spirit & in truth. Let us serve Him with a whole heart & a willing mind. Let us praise Him highly & majestically. Our God cannot be compared with any other god. Why? He is alive. The founding fathers of all other religions are DEAD. Their bones are still in their graves. Jesus rose from the grave. His tomb is empty. We do not worship the dead, we worship a living God. Prayer: Father I thank you for Jesus. Thank you for answering my prayer even before I finish praying. Help us to be TRUE to You & to have lives which inspire others to get saved. Surround us with your favor. Cause us to prosper in all areas of our lives. I put your angels under our complement to action. Let them minister to our pressing domestic needs. This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles.
