The Holy Spirit is God. He is the third person of the Godhead. He is not a Spirit of the world. He cannot be received by the world. The world does not know Him or see Him. We can summarize Him as follows: He is NOT a Spirit of fear but of love, power & self discipline. 

^ When one is filled by Him, he does NOT fear anything. He becomes bold & courageous. He will say the truth amid opposition.  He can take a RISKY assignment from God.

* A person who operates under the influence of the Holy Spirit is LOVING. He loves God a lot & loves people a lot. He loves his enemies, the unlovable, etc.

 * The third aspect is power. God entrusts him with REAL power, all out SURPASSING power. He can DEMONSTRATE the Spirit's power in the event of a challenge like what Elijah did.

* Lastly, if you are filled by the Holy Spirit you will have SELF DISCIPLINE; Christlike CHARACTER, etc. Immanuel: God be with us. Heaven Rules.
