O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek You; my soul thirsts for You, my body longs for you, in a dry & weary land where there is no water. (Psalm 63:1). God wants us to have a hunger & thirst for His righteousness. He wants our soul to thirst for Him alone. How do we satisfy it? Enthrone God's Word in your life & obey it. Everyday start your day with God. Have a quiet time with Him when you can meet God in His Word day & pray to Him. I am fully aware that some of you are extremely busy. You can adopt 7 minutes with God model. Spent 4 minutes to read a few verses in your Bible & meditate on them. Apply the meditated portion to your life daily. Use the remaining 3 minutes to pray His will in FAITH. Thus, you need to wake up just 7 minutes earlier in order to do your devotions. They will build you up in your Christian life. Why is it necessary to do it first thing when you wake up in the morning. As you wake up you commit the new day to the Lord. Whatever plans satan would have made against you in that day won't prevail because God has got you covered. Thus, doing devotions consisting of Bible reading, meditation & prayer in the morning as you wake up have this advantage - protection, security, blessing, etc. Prayer: Father, give us the grace to have a daily quiet time with You. Help us to start with just 7 minutes with You & increase the time as we have a Bible reading & meditation of the Word culture. Help us to keep our bodies as members of Christ Himself; as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Stop us from uniting our bodies with prostitutes.  Increase our health in Jesus name. Thank you Jesus for answering my prayer. Assign your angels to minister to our needs.  In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.  Good morning Holy Spirit.  Jesus, you are Lord of life & Lord of all. Immanuel: God with us.

 They have greatly oppressed me from my youth - let Israel say - they have greatly oppressed me from my youth but they have not gained victory over me. (Psalm 129:1-2). No weapons formed against me shall prosper. The devil has been fighting me from my youth. He for years struck me with terrible & terminal sicknesses, but God healed me.
