The fool says in his heart: There is no God. They are corrupt, & their ways are vile; there is no one who does good. (Psalm 53:1). True, the Bible is correct when it says that those without God are fools. Even those who know the truth of the Word but do not obey it, they are fools as well. They cannot do good because it's only God that works righteousness in us. We can only do the works of God's mercy by obeying God & His Word in total. Carefully follow ALL His commandments. If God would remove his spirit from us, would we be able to UNDO that. So why say there is no God? No one can reverse the process of death except God only. If He wills, His obedient servants can cancel the spirit of death. Nothing is difficult with God. Nothing is impossible with God. If Jesus raised the dead, we as His followers will also do the same. What Jesus did in His earthly ministry, we can also do & greater things will we do. I speak with confidence on this subject matter because God enabled me to raise a person who had died. This was on one of my missionary trips to Mozambique. I was still in the College of God under training. Now that He has qualified me for public ministry, I am believing God to raise more such cases through me. Prayer: Father, I praise you highly & majestically. You are God Almighty. You are our Creator. You are the Most High God. Apart from You there is no other God in Heaven, on earth & under the earth. What a great God You are; a God who sees everything, hears everything, knows everything, & is present everywhere. No other gods can compare with Him. We extol Your name. In Jesus mighty name we praise You & give you thanks & all the glory, Amen. Good morning Holy Spirit. Jesus, you are Lord of life & Lord of all. Immanuel: God with us.
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put My laws in their minds & write them on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be My people. No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying: Know the Lord, because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest. (Hebrews 8:10-11). If our hearts are not changed, following God's rules will be unpleasant & difficult. We will rebel against being told how to live the Christian way. The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles. The Holy Spirit reminds us of Christ's words, activates our ...
