You love righteousness & hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. (Psalm 45:7). The anointing makes the difference. It removes the burdens & destroy's the yokes. God wants us to be righteous. Righteousness EXALTS a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people. Many Christians have joined the world in speaking negatively all the time about the poor state of their nations. As Christians, we can change that situation by seeking His righteousness. We can have peace by being righteous. If we are righteous, God will heal our land, & drug abuse & other problems will go. Church, whenever we face problems, know that God is the Answer or Solution. He wants us to be righteous, then He can heal our nations. Meaning, if we are righteous, He will do good to our nations, bring peace to it,  unity, justice, development, make the people joyful, etc. If say, 500 million  people can be righteous today, our nations will make progress in all areas.The 500 million will invest their lives in the life of another & in 12 months time, we will have one billion righteous people. The one billion righteous people will take on one each & in two years time we will have two billion righteous people. In three years - four billion spiritually qualified people. You see, if we seek righteousness today, in three years time, righteousness will be dominating in our nations the world over. This righteousness will exalt our nations. God wants us to be righteous so that He can heal our land & exalt our nations.  He will do it in His own way & in His own time. But He will do it without fail.  God is able to do what He says He would do. How do we become righteous? Do we follow certain rules? What exactly do we do? Accept Jesus Christ as Lord & Saviour of your life. Live by faith in Jesus Christ & not by sight, senses, feelings or logic. God credits your faith into righteousness. Faith connects you to God & pleases God. The Bible says: The righteous shall live by faith. Without faith, we cannot receive anything from God. Faith is the basis in which the Kingdom of God operates. It is like the trading currency of the Kingdom of God. It puts power behind prayers. It makes all the things possible.  It influences God to ACT. How do we have faith? Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Read a digestible portion prayerfully & not like a novel, strive to apply it to your life daily, & faith will come. I have made it very simple for the benefit of new believers. Prayer: Father, make us righteous, holy & pure. Your Word says: Be perfect, just as your Heavenly Father is perfect. As we worship you in spirit & in truth; & serve you with a whole heart & a willing mind, let a portion of your perfection spill over into our lives. Thank you Jesus for hearing & answering my prayer. Christianity is about a changed life. What is Christianity? It is a relationship with God through His holy Son, Jesus Christ.  They have greatly oppressed me from my youth - let Israel say - they have greatly oppressed me from my youth but they have not gained victory over me. (Psalm 129:1-2). No weapons formed against me shall prosper. The devil has been fighting me from my youth. He for years struck me with terrible & terminal sicknesses, but God healed me. I missed death on three occasions, in 1986, 1995 & 1997 but God delivered me from the spirit of death. God did not end there, He has given me divine health.
