But what about you? He asked. Who do you say I am? Peter answered: You are the Christ. Jesus warned them not to tell anyone about Him. (Mark 8:29-30). Jesus asked the disciples who other people thought He was. It is not enough to know what others say about Jesus: you must know, understand, & accept for yourself that He is the Messiah. You must move from curiosity to commitment, from admiration to adoration. Jesus is the Messiah. He came with grace & truth. He is the Bright Morning Star, the root & offspring of David, our Rock, our refuge, our fortress, the strong tower, the beginning & ending of all things, the One who was, who is & who is to come, wonderful counselor, the horn of our salvation. He is the Prince of peace & the mediator between God & man. No one comes to the Father except through Jesus Christ. The first time He came to earth, He dealt with SIN. This He did it successfully.   This time He is going to deal with the SINNER. He is coming to look for faith on earth. Jesus has authority & power. Why did He instruct His disciples  not to tell anyone about Him. The answer is: It was not His time yet. What man know, they seek to destroy. What they do not know, they call names. This is the nature of man. The Lord did not announce that He was preparing me. I once made a mistake & told someone about it. He told my pastor & there was an attack. The pastor colluded with the chief elders & humiliated me publicly. People heard the noise, came out of their houses & called my son. I temporarily had to change that local church & went to fellowship at another assembly. I came back to my church in 2014. I have said it out of good faith & as a practical example to further strengthen why Jesus warned His disciples not to tell anyone about Him. Attack after attack, this is what happens when people know about God's plans for your life before your time. They will seek to destroy what they know. What they do not know, they call names. From March 1992, God only put me into office in May 2023. This is why I can talk about it now because I am now in the office. There is nothing that man or satan can do to me now. Infact I have declared war on the devil's war. If you are obedient to God & His Word in total, living a life of holiness, etc, God will make satan a small boy to you. He will put satan under your feet.  Satan has a weakness, he bows before the Word of God. When fighting him, submit yourself to God first, resist the devil using the Word of God for that particular situation.  Quote the Word that you BELIEVE  into the situation. Satan will flee from you. You will overcome him. You will win. The Word of God is our spiritual food. It is our spiritual weapon. Know Jesus Christ as Lord & Saviour of your life, & be known by Him. I end here. Thank you Jesus. Good morning Holy Spirit. Prayer: Father, I pray that you give us a revelation of who You truly are. The Word of God reveals who you are clearly.  As we read or study it, open our minds to understand the Scriptures. Give us a Bible reading & meditation of the Word culture. Help us to pray continually & to meet You in your Word daily. Help us to obey You & your Word in total. Help us to live by faith, pray the Word, speak the Word & abide in the Word. Let faith, love, forgiveness, power, wisdom, revelation manifest in & through our lives. Make us faithful, JUST & Word based. We acknowledge you as the God of justice.
