The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words that I have spoken to you are Spirit & they are life. - He went on to say: This is why I told you that no one can come to Me unless the Father has enabled him. (John 6:63, 65). The Holy Spirit gives spiritual life; without the work of the Holy Spirit, we cannot even see our need for a new life. (see John 14:17). All spiritual renewal begins with God & ends with God. The Holy Spirit reveals the truth to us, lives within us, & then enables us to respond to that truth. He helps us to live holy lives. Note that the Bible says: Without holiness, no one will see the Lord. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth. He is not received by the world. The world neither sees Him nor knows Him. But we, the children of God know Him, for He lives with you & will be in you. The Holy Spirit teaches us all things & reminds us of everything Jesus has said to us. The Holy Spirit testifies about Jesus. I repeat: He talks about Jesus only. He also helps us to witness Jesus Christ to the lost & dying world; to the remotest parts of the earth. Where doors are closed, He will open them. He has strategies. Fear not, only believe. The Holy Spirit convicts the world in regards to sin, righteousness & judgement. We share the Gospel, & the Holy Spirit will convict the person leading to salvation. So we are not alone in soul winning. We partner with the Holy Spirit in this assignment.  We have a part to play, ie, sharing the Gospel, witnessing the resurrection of Jesus Christ, & He has a part to play, ie, convicting the people in regards to sin, righteousness & judgement. The Holy Spirit will guide you into all the truth. He does not speak on His own, He speaks only what He hears from God & He will tell you what is to come. His words are in agreement with the Word of God. He doesn't compromise the Word. He uses the Word of God to change our lives & renew our minds. The Bible is not an ordinary book. It is a Spirit book. It's real author is the Holy Spirit. He inspired faithful man to write it. When you read it, you are reading the Holy Spirit. The church today is so fragmented because we have rejected the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Demons have taken over the space created, that is the reason why there is so much division, confusion, disorder, pursuance of selfish ambition, etc. The Holy Spirit does not divide people, He unites them. The Godhead is united. Jesus prayed that we be one as the Godhead is one. All these divisions in the churches are the work of the demons & not the Holy Spirit. If you want to prove what I am saying, check on the people; many of them are religious & not righteous. It's only Jesus who makes us righteous. If we pursue our selfish agendas we will never be righteous  but religious. This is what is happening. Secondly, there is now more of the world in many of our churches than the church in the world. The Bible says: Go into all the world & preach the Gospel to all creation. Many of us have stopped going out to preach to the world. We are now comfortable in our church buildings. We have left evangelism in the hands of a few evangelists. I am CRYING. Prayer: Father, help us. Send help to us. Demonic influence in the churches is increasing. Set apart faithful men & women who will spread the Gospel of peace & make it VIRAL. Revive your church today Lord. Make us peacemakers. Help us to sow the Gospel in peace so that we will raise a harvest of righteousness. Help us to repent, make peace with God & be filled & led by the Holy Spirit. We are now aware that without the Holy Spirit, we will find it difficult to live the Christian life. We will not live a life of holiness. The fruit of the Spirit will not manifest in our lives. At best, we will ACT Christianity. Restore us in the spirit of gentleness.  Forgive us our sins. Wash us by the blood of Jesus. Purify us from all unrighteousness.
