There is a level in ministry where what you decide upon will be done. What you say will be done. Your words will become like decrees. Heaven will back you up. Know always that Heaven Rules.I know many people enjoy to say: I declare, i decree. Yes, it's exciting to say those words,  people will perceive you as a  spiritual giant. But for God to establish what you have decreed, you ought to be having an intimate relationship & fellowship with Him; you ought to have faith, obedience & CHARACTER. You need to speak the language of the Bible all the time; to be a true witness of Jesus Christ, to live a life of holiness. Grace & peace be with you.
