As a result, people brought the sick into the streets & laid them on beds & mats so that at least Peter's shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick & those tormented by evil spirits, & all of them were healed. (Acts 5:15-16). All the gifts of the Spirit are in singular form except the gifts of healing. This is the only one which is in plural. It is mentioned as gifts of healing & not gift of healing. Meaning that God heals in many diverse ways. Jesus used the dialogue method, Peter's shadow healed the sick, some use the bind & loose technique, others lay hands on you, others pray, anointing you with olive oil, etc. All these are different methods in which we can administer divine healing. Sometimes God starts a new thing with you. Something that He has never done before. He can do something that no eye has seen, no ear has heard. Do not limit what God can do to you & with you. He is supernatural & unlimited. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Nothing is difficult with God. Nothing is impossible with Him. With Christ, we can do possibility living. I pray for someone today & decree in the name of Jesus Christ: The Lord will use you to the extent that your shadow will heal the sick just like He did with Peter. Consider it done. When i pray, I do not doubt, I believe God all the time. I believe with all my heart: What God has done before, He can do it again. Or He can start something new today, beginning with you. Faith believes NOW. Faith receives NOW. Thank you Jesus. Good morning Holy Spirit. Prayer: Father, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Rekindle all the gifts in operation in your church worldwide. Anoint your church with fresh oil. Release gifts of healing to your church so that many more obedient children of God may also be able to heal the sick to the glory of God. This way, divine healing will be common; it will manifest at every corner because of the increased number of believers doing it. Souls will be won & God will be glorified. Father, help us not to leave new souls at convert level. Help us to disciple them; to grow them in Your Word; to help them develop their roots in Christ. As we have prayed, put your angels to action. In Jesus mighty name we pray & believe, Amen. Grace & peace be with you.
