Here a great number of disabled people used to lie - the blind, the lame, the paralyzed. From time to time an angel of the Lord would come down & stir up the waters. The first one into the pool after such disturbance would be cured of whatever disease he had. When Jesus saw him lying there & learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, He asked him: Do you want to get well? Sir, the invalid replied: I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me. Then Jesus said: Get up. Pick up your mat & walk. At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat & walked. (John 5:3-8). After 38 years, this man's problem had become a way of life. No one had ever helped him. He had no hope of ever  being healed & no desire to help himself. The man's situation looked hopeless. Jesus turned that hopeless situation by healing him. Here we see dialogue ministry in operation.  As he was having a chat with the man, the gifts of the Spirit became fully operational & the man was healed instantly. Friends, no matter how trapped you feel in your infirmities, God can minister to your deepest needs. He heals all diseases. There is no sickness & disease that He cannot heal. He can break any curse bestowed on us. He can make the impossible possible.  He can reverse the irreversible. He can change the unchangeable, like in this case. He can heal the sick, open blind eyes, raise the dead, deliver people from all forms of satanic oppression.  Don't let a problem or hardship cause you to lose hope. God may have special work for you to do inspite of your condition, or even because of it. Many ministered effectively to hurting people  because they have triumphed over their own hurts. Let me give you a testimony as a practical example: I was terribly sick for 32 years. I got sick when I was 26 years old & got healed when I was 58 years old. I was retired from the bank on medical grounds at age 38. Just imagine being a pensioner at 38 years old.  At one time in 1997 i was under oxygen in hospital, & doctors told my father that i was not going to make it. My father began to make FUNERAL arrangements for me. And suddenly i came out of the situation to the surprise of everyone. Jesus healed me. I experienced partial death in my life three times in 1986, 1988 & 1997.  My body parts would begin to be very cold & some parts will be dead. Jesus delivered me from the spirit of death. Despite the sickness, God called me into ministry in March 1992. I started ministry when i was a sick man. I even did a missionary assignment to neighboring Mozambique when i was sick. In Mozambique i prayed for a woman who used to die for some time & later woke up. This was her situation. Jesus healed her through me. In 2015, there was a very old woman in Chinhoyi town where i reside, who had bones coming out. She would die & when the ambulance arrives to take her body to the mortuary, she would wake up. This happened several times. I was called to make a special prayer. I prayed for & asked God to give her rest. Before i got home, i got a call. She was dead & dead forever. She died peacefully. The spirits that were fighting her passing on were defeated. In 2018, that is when Jesus healed me. Since that time I have not been in hospital. I am no longer struggling with sickness. I am now enjoying divine health. I am growing younger & younger as each day progresses.  I am 63 now & very energetic. Praise the Lord. Thank you Jesus. Good morning Holy Spirit. Prayer: Lord Jesus, work out great miracles today. Heal people from sickness & disease today wherever they are. Let them know that you have visited them. Deliver people today from all forms of satanic oppression. I declare in the name of Jesus Christ: You are healed. You are delivered. Bless your church. Protect your church. Fill your church with love, joy & peace. Make your church righteous, holy, & pure. Put your angels to action. Let them minister to our salvation, healing & deliverance needs.
