For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, & you have been given fullness in Christ, who is head over every power & authority. (Colossians 2:9-10). Paul asserts Christ's deity. In Christ all the fulness of the deity lives in bodily form means that all of God was in Christ's human body. He was fully human & fully God. He was not just a good man or a prophet as some religions try to make Him as. When we have Christ, we have everything we need for salvation & right living. When we know Christ, we don't need to seek God by means of other religions, cults, unbiblical philosophies as the Colossians were doing. Christ alone holds the answers to the true meaning of life, because He is the life. He is the only way to God , the Father. Christ is the unique source of knowledge & power for the Christian life. No Christian needs anything in addition to what Christ has provided to be saved. We are complete in Him. Thank you Jesus. Good morning Holy Spirit. Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank you for this revelation: When we know Christ we have everything we need for salvation & right living. We can be righteous, holy, pure. We can be perfect in the eyes of God. God was not out of His mind when He asked us to be perfect. He knows that our perfection is in Christ. Our righteousness is in Christ. Thank you Jesus once again, Amen. God bless you all.

The Holy Spirit, however, gives us new desires, helping us wanting to obey God. With new hearts, hearts of flesh & not hearts of stone, we will find that serving God is our greatest joy. Under God's new covenant, God's law is inside us & not outside, ie, on a tablet of stone. No, it's written in our hearts. It is no longer an external set of rules & principles. The Holy Spirit reminds us of Christ's words, activates our ...
