Ministry Update: Apart from the activation of the ministry to the multitudes,  writing shortly has this advantage: Some people are too busy.  When the message is average, they will spare a couple of minutes, read it & take action. But when it's long, they will leave it thinking that they will have time to read it later. Many a time, they won't find such time. Even in business, write short & straight to the point.
