Business God's Way: When you speak to or deal with your workers & management, mind your language. Do not use careless or abusive language. Do not abuse your authority. Use commands when necessary but in love. Use persuasive language most of the time. This gets well to your workers & contribute to team work. Where you work as a team, where you are united & happy, you perform better than in a case whereby workers are being shouted at all the time & abused. It will reduce your profits. In business God's way, we do not expect that kind of leadership. People are not animals but human, treat them that way, & they will help you to make good profits. Grace & peace be with you.
