Most sicknesses are triggered by stress & diet. Diet can lead to weight gain, fats, etc. Weight gain can lead to varying body pains, heart problems, tiredness, etc. This you can control if you watch what you eat. Let us talk about stress: Stress can be eradicated by meeting God in His Word daily. The Bible teaches us not to worry about anything but to pray about everything.  As you obey it, you will not be a worrier. Stress will not have a hold on your life. Thus, you will  not be affected by all the stress related illness. You will not only be healed but you will be healthy.
