Do not be quick with your mouth, do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in Heaven & you are on earth, so let your words be few. (Ecclesiastes 5:2). The Bible says: Be slow to speak. It also says: Let your yes be yes & your no, no. If you make a vow to to the Lord your God, do not be slow to pay it, for the Lord your God will certainly demand it of you & you will be guilty of sin. But if you refrain from making a vow or pledge, you will not be guilty. Whatever your lips utter, you must be sure to do, because you made your vow freely to God with your own mouth. Prayer: Father I thank you for Jesus. The One who was, who is, & who is to come. Forgive us our sins. Help us to think before we speak so that we are not ENSNARED by the words that come out of our mouths. We know that You will hold us accountable for the vows or pledge made. Better not to pledge than to pledge & not fulfil it. You sin before God. I assign angels under our complement to minister to our needs.   In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.   Immanuel: God with us.

 They have greatly oppressed me from my youth - let Israel say - they have greatly oppressed me from my youth but they have not gained victory over me. (Psalm 129:1-2). No weapons formed against me shall prosper. The devil has been fighting me from my youth. He for years struck me with terrible & terminal sicknesses, but God healed me.
