*Business God's Way: You could have a good business vision, adequate working capital, God inspiring you, but that is not all. Your staff recruitment policy may cause you to either have a good performance or a negative one. You may have highly educated staff but who are not sharp. They may have degrees yes, but may lack analytical ability, wisdom & character. They won't be able to steer the ship forward. You may have sharp people but who are not honest & hardworking. Faithful people are key. They won't be involved in corrupt activities, which only benefit them personally but are a cost to the company. The wrong company is given the business because the buyer receives a bribe, etc. You may have honest & hardworking people whom management can look downwards on because he or she does not fit into their frame. May his or her work is exemplary & because of that is seen as a threat. So the wrong people are promoted in the process. These factors can cost you in business. Instead of counting gains in your business, you will always count losses, problems,  etc, until ultimately you wind down. My advice is: Recruit the right people & promote the right people. Give incentives to the right people. Your vision will be complimented by the right people & the business will perform well & grow. Grace & peace be with you.
